Appointment Policies

At Eunoia, the health, safety, and well-being of my guests are most important to me.  I have been working diligently to prepare a safe environment for my guests to enjoy while receiving services.  At this time, we are currently servicing guests.  Please refer to the Home page for hours and location as well as our Booking page.

Although the State of Illinois has provided guidelines during this transition of reopening businesses, I want to do even more to keep you safe during your visit.  I have consulted with other, highly reputable salons and stylists in the area to create my own safety protocols in order to keep everyone safe. These safety protocols are listed below.

The following list outlines protocols, as well as informs you of what to expect prior to and during your appointment at Eunoia Salon.

Only individuals receiving a service will be allowed in the salon and ask that you don’t bring any others or children to your reserved appointment.

Please limit the number of belongings that you bring to your appointment.

Until further notice, Eunoia is not accepting walk-ins.

Each area, all tools, stations, and equipment will be sanitized and/or disinfected between each guest.

All individuals entering Eunoia are required to utilize approved masks, either surgical masks or improvised masks such as scarves, bandannas, and handkerchiefs to reduce the risk of exposure to yourself and others. Do not remove your mask during your visit.

It is not mandatory to wear gloves as long as you are following hand sanitizing procedures.

If you do not confirm 24 hours prior to your appointment, you may lose your appointment and may be charged 50% of your total service cost. Please understand that I have many guests waiting for an appointment.

If possible, we ask that you wait in your vehicle or outside until your appointment time.

I will take my temperature on each work day and I will kindly request to take your temperature before your appointment by using a “no-contact” thermometer. If your temperature is above 99°F, I will work with you to reschedule your appointment once you are well again.

After taking your temperature and before entering Eunoia, I will request that you thoroughly wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

During your appointment, I may be wearing face/eye protection through your entire service.

No sample products or testers will be available.

Beverages are available upon request and will only be prepared and distributed by me to reduce the risk of exposure to yourself and other guests.

These protocols will be refined and adjusted as needed and ordered by the State of Illinois.  Nonetheless, I will keep you informed very step of the way.
